View properties of interest.

We will help you arrange to view properties which interest you. To avoid disappointment, we recommend viewing as soon as possible.There’s no obligation and, from your feed-back, we will refine our knowledge of what you are looking for.

Help with your mortgage.

Having your mortgage pre-approved gives you a much better chance of securing your dream home once you have found it. We have an experienced mortgage advisor in our branch who can search the whole of the market for the best deal, and help with the application once you have found your new home. We make no charge for this service.

Agreeing the details.

Once you have seen the property you want, it is very important that you contact us immediately. Any delay could mean you losing out to another buyer. We will help you finalise the details, including your mortgage and legal conveyancing arrangements.

Progressing the purchase.

If you are a first time buyer, we will help guide you through the buying process; one of our trained and experienced salesteam, who you will know by name, will be dealing personally with your purchase. If you are in a chain, we will help monitor progress as part of smoothing the transaction through for you. This includes liaising with solicitors who work alongside us and have all been selected for their knowledge of the local market and high standards of customer service.
