Inform all utility companies of readings, dates and names of new tenants (Optional)
Prepare a detailed inventory and property condition report together with photographs (Optional)
Transfer monies to Landlord

We can offer a comprehensive service to relieve you of the day to day running of property – where we are at the tenants beck and call. In addition to the above includes:

Demand formally the rent and its collection on a monthly basis, transfer the monies via BACS or choice of payment to the Landlord
Monthly statements are prepared for your records
Inform all utility companies of readings, dates and names of new tenants
Prepare a detailed inventory and property condition report together with photographs
Sign up the tenancy including instruction for a standing order mandate
Inspect the property on a quarterly basis
Coordinate the maintenance of the property
